The Golden Pledge Warranty

A warranty protects you in the rare event that something goes wrong with your roof by ensuring you won’t be financially responsible. As a Master Elite contractor, we can offer you all three levels of warranty that GAF provides. We recommend choosing the Golden Pledge warranty because it provides the best coverage. It is one of the few warranties to provide coverage for both manufacturing defects and workmanship.

The Golden Pledge warranty provides 100% coverage for material defects for up to 50 years. It also provides 100% coverage period for workmanship mistakes for up to 25 years. As an experienced roofing contractor, we recommend this warranty because it covers the entire GAF roofing system including the flashings, attic ventilation, roof deck protections, shingles, ridge cap shingles, starter strip shingles and leak barrier.

Filing Your Warranty Claim

You have to notify GAF within 30 days of the moment you notice a problem with your roof. When filing a claim, you need to provide proof of the date your GAF products were installed and proof that you were the homeowner at that time. In case the warranty was transferred to you, you need to provide proof that it was transferred to you.
